			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today on the in-forum website, an article was posted about pre-election spending.  It was interesting, but what the article did not state, is of the over 18000 dollars raised (the actual total $18050) only 50 dollars was raised locally.   How much local support does it show, when the bulk (99.73%)  of the ban supporters budget is coming from Mandan?  This Mandan money is basically grant money, while the business owners are dipping in their pockets and spending their earned money. </p>
